Squarespace is looking for a Frontend Staff Software Engineer on the User & Identity Platform team within the Foundations Platform Engineering group. Teams in the Foundations group develop building blocks and solutions to help accelerate and standardize product design and development. This User & Identity Platform team is responsible for Squarespace's main login, and the authentication and authorization of all users. This is a hybrid opportunity.As a Frontend Staff Software Engineer on the User Platform, you will:Write. Create medium to long term technical strategies for login, authorization, and customer dashboards. Clearly and concisely write that strategy and collaborate with engineers across the organization to implement the strategy.Plan. Tie technical investments to business priorities, lead architecture discussions and design reviews, and contribute to product roadmap planning.Execute. Create project work breakdowns for the team, increase how quickly the team can iterate, provide code reviews, and individual feature development.Collaborate.
