THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a STAFF PRODUCT MANAGER to our IDENTITY & ACCOUNTS team in PORTUGAL!
The Identity team is responsible for all Authentication and Authorization services and related product journeys for all types of users (members, clients, partners) that navigate across the Wellhub experience. The Accounts team is responsible for leading all user account management features, coordinating with other product teams on how to deliver a consistent user experience across all the features that can be accessed from the account section.
As a highly experienced Product Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to evolve our Identity product vision, leading the team to improve the current product towards a more seamless and user-friendly experience. You will also need to address specific requirements for increased levels of security depending on each type of user, meaning you will need to standardize certain new features that can be applied whenever needed, avoiding addressing business requirements through customization.
As for the Accounts area, you will be responsible for evolving some of the user account management features, as well as releasing new ones from scratch. The account section covers different types of users, meaning the experience may vary depending on each use case, so you will need to navigate well between the need to customize and standardize user experience. Negotiation and stakeholder alignment will be key skills to lead this team.
YOUR IMPACT
Lead all authentication, authorization, and accounts management features to improve the overall user experience of all product journeys that are integrated to your services;
Coordinate and drive product requirements definition, actively collaborating with legal and other stakeholders to propose new product solutions;
Partner with other product teams to align on dependencies;
Build and clearly communicate your product vision in addition to the product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders;
Drive product planning, build and manage high-quality product roadmaps;
Work closely with data, product design, and engineering teams to deliver well-rounded, scalable, and stunning products;
Create OKRs, goals, metrics and track their progress;
Explore new ways of improving existing services, products and processes;
Manage our backlog and lead meetings with engineers and designers;
Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.
WHO YOU ARE
Consolidated product management experience with great tech products;
Experience with Identity/IAM products, both from the platform and UX perspectives;
Analytical and quantitative skills is a must, as well as the ability to use data and metrics to generate insights, iterate and improve product;
Strong priority management skills, being able to make pragmatic decisions;
Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into a simple, friendly and intuitive product;
Ability to nurture strong relationships with peers and stakeholders, building credibility and being able to effectively align and communicate your product vision;
Strong communication skills, being able to actively listen and influence decisions;
Entrepreneurial and self-driven spirit with a great desire to make things happen;
Capacity to develop original ideas and propose innovative product solutions;
Experience in agile development environments.
