Our client is a Multinational Company, with Global Business Services in Leiria In a financial department in perpetual movement, you manage the whole department 'Shared Service Center Finance', key actor of the accountancy production for the different subsidiaries of the Group. Description Responsabilities: Insure the accounting production for the whole subsidiaries of the Group by a rationalization of processes and common procedures, respect the deadlines defined by the Group and implement a communication way to give visibility to the different actors of the financial closing, integrate new tasks in a global view Accompany and manage the SSC Team for them to develop their skills and their ability to find solutions. Be force of proposition for the different subjects and topics to resolve within the Group, both technical and managerial, in a goal of productivity and high quality Implement monitorings and KPI reporting to a day-to-day effectiveness production and quality production Participate actively to the different project and workshops and implement the solutions adopted Your talent of leadership and your skills in accountancy are your key strenghs to implement your global vision of the role of your service across the Group, focusing on the rationalization of accounting processes in a multinational environment. Your communication and your self implication will enable you and the team to have a real impact across the overall organization. Profile Skills & Experience: Education background : Degre or Master in Finance and Accountancy Professional experience : retail experience - audit experience Hard skills : IFRS Gaap - SQL Language Tools : SAP - GBQ - Microsoft Office - Microsoft PowerBI Languages : English and Portuguese - French is a plus Soft skills : Good communication - leadership - 360° vision - strong production capacity - teaching manager - production process view Job Offer A good opportunity for your professional growth.
