We're looking for a skilled Product Designer , keen to contribute to revolutionising the golfing experience by empowering players to achieve peak performance through innovative and intuitive design solutions.
We are committed to creating user-centric products that enhance every aspect of the game, from tee-off to the final putt. By leveraging cutting-edge technology and a deep understanding of user needs, we strive to make golf more accessible, enjoyable, and rewarding for players of all levels.
You'll be successful at Hole19 because you'll:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals
Being collaborative. You'll take full ownership of your work while making sure teams are aware and aligned
Drive design decisions that enhance the user experience and contribute to the overall success of the product
Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality UI implementation, while maintaining consistency
Create wireframes, prototypes, and other design assets to communicate ideas and solutions.
Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve design processes and outcomes
Identify user experience and user interface gaps and opportunities for a better experience on smartphones and wearables
Work with Product Managers to gather requirements, create personas, user journeys, storyboards, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
What do you bring to the "course"
An extensive product design experience, focusing on creating intuitive and user-centric solutions, for at least +6 years
Experienced in designing for digital environments, preferably within mobile-first products, sports or golf technology
A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in simplicity, typography, interaction design, and UI design, demonstrating a deep understanding of user experience principles
Dedication to continuous improvement, with a passion for enhancing the user experience through innovative design solutions
Proficiency in design tools and the ability to communicate design decisions effectively
Experience with different research techniques to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform design decisions
Champion ideas and proposals that drive UX improvements; be insightful and employ design thinking and creative innovation
Excellent self-management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines independently
Passion for working in a start-up environment, being a team player and problem solver
You are Fluent in English
You don't need to play golf or even know what golf is about (although it helps a lot)
What do we offer
An annual gross salary between €42K and €55K (depending on experience)
A year-end bonus that can be up to 25% of the annual gross salary
