You Are:
A strategic thinker with a knack for identifying and attracting top talent. With a good understanding of recruiting in the European market, you stay ahead of industry trends and leverage this knowledge to meet our global hiring needs. You're a trusted advisor, a partner to hiring managers, and a champion of creating positive experiences for candidates throughout their recruitment journey. You're comfortable pushing back when necessary and holding managers accountable for their part in the hiring process. You have a global network and know exactly how to use it to fill our talent pipeline. As a Talent Advisor, you will report to a TA Segment Manager, who may be sitting outside of your region.
What You'll Be Doing:
Developing expertise in Engineering and non-Engineering roles to support hiring needs of our European clients.
Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. This includes driving the intake meeting with managers and defining a recruitment strategy, facilitating phone screens, participating in interview activities, ensuring a fair and unbiased recruitment process, and driving a competitive offer process to secure top talent.
Ensuring standardization of recruitment processes using Avature.
Providing a positive candidate and hiring manager experience with timely communication and support, driving customer excellence throughout the hiring process.
Utilizing talent acquisition systems, tools, and a dedicated Shared Service Agent effectively to manage and track candidate pipelines and recruitment activities in real-time, scheduling, maintaining data accuracy, and streamlining recruitment processes.
What You'll Need:
8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition for mainly Engineering roles.
Experience working in an international environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is required.
Ability to use talent acquisition systems and tools effectively; Avature experience is a plus.
Strong drive, resiliency, and problem-solving skills.
A self-starter who takes initiative and responsibility for your work.
