adidas GBS in Porto delivers high-quality services for Wholesale Customer Service, Invoice to Cash, Accounts Payable, Retail Accounting, eCommerce Accounting and other Finance processes as well as HR Services & Payroll, and Supply Chain for Europe and the Americas.
Trade terms is a key element within adidas wholesale business. This team ensures that all discount conditions are maintained accurately in SAP and communicates data and process requirements when required. The team assists in systems or process initiatives relating to discount conditions and well as performing ad hoc analysis.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Ensure accurate maintenance and updates of trade terms information in SAP, as well as the correct discounts in the order book (On-Invoice and Off-invoice discounts);Support with resolution of queries related to missing or inaccurate discounts;Assist in systems or process initiatives relating to discount conditions, flow of information, or various ad hoc analyses that arise;Manage the relationships within accounts operations and sales teams as well as other stakeholders in the business;Continuously offer ideas and solutions on how to improve daily processes, tasks and procedures for increased efficiency or better service for all stakeholders;Support ongoing projects for the implementation of technology solutions;Act as the first point of contact for process-related issues and escalations and be the backup for the Team Leader.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Proficient spoken and written command of English;University degree and relevant work experience in accounting/management or similar;4-6 years of experience in a corporate role, ideally in system data maintenance;Solid knowledge of SAP, Excel (VLookUps and Pivot Tables) and Salesforce;Growth mindset combined with a structured way of working;WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
