You'll be part of a team of Account and Sales Operations (ASO), responsible for supporting the business to achieve sales and market strategy objectives. Ensure a reliable, adequate and competitive B2B customer service level for all assigned wholesale customers of the channel.
adidas Shared Services in Porto delivers high-quality services for Customer Service and Invoice to Cash, Accounts Payable, Retail Accounting, eCommerce Accounting and other Finance processes as well as HR Services for adidas companies located in Europe and the Americas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support communication with customers via all relevant communication channels providing information such as related to orders and articles and compiling various order-related analyses at the request of customers or sales; Working in close cooperation with internal and external departments when dealing with the following topics: backlogs, scheduled deliveries, cancellations, launches, pre-pack promotions, procurement, returns and complaints; Monitoring credit-blocked orders and coordinating credit limit increases (credit requests) with Finance and Sales; Connect with customers via phone and email to strengthen business relationships; Support the team lead in key tasks of the ASO team; KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES  University degree or equivalent experience; Ideally 5 years of relevant experience in B2B/Wholesale support; Fluency in English and Italian business-level communication; Solid knowledge of Excel - VLookUps and Pivot Tables  Ideally, knowledge in SAP FI and Assist (Salesforce);
