Sr Product Operations Specialist (Web Applications)

The Product Operations Team seeks a talented Senior Product Operations Specialist (Web Applications) to accelerate our Product Operations infrastructure for data applications, leveraging Django for the back-end and Angular for front-end, with cloud deployment.Main Responsibilities:Define, develop, and maintain Product Operations web applications, handling both back-end and front-end development.Build and optimize front-end components with Angular, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.Handle APIs development and consumption with IT.Collaborate with the team to ensure an efficient data flow and integration between the applications and databases.Assist in the setup of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for the existing and new applications.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Identify opportunities for improvement in existing and new applications to enhance performance, security, and scalability.Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web applications.Collect up-to-date best practices and new methodologies applicable to framework-related topics (code structure, governance, security, etc).Key Requirements:MSc degree in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, or other related fields.Proficiency in Python for back-end development (knowledge in Django is a plus).Strong experience with Angular and front-end development (HTML/CSS and JavaScript).Experience working with version control systems (Git).Familiarity with SQL and database management.Basic understanding of cloud platforms and experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, both to internal and external stakeholders.Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills. Willingness to manage and coordinate stakeholders across a global organization.Passion for problem-solving and team cooperation to yield new ideas and proposals.The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals and the ability to thrive on objections.Preferred Experience:5+ years of relevant experience in full-stack development.Focus on delivering state-of-the-art data solutions while following up-to-date best practices.Work experience in a multicultural environment/international company is a plus.Previous experience in consulting roles is also a plus.
