As strategic business partners, we are committed to providing market insights and trends to our global stakeholders, while also focusing on thoughtful supplier selection to ensure optimal collaboration and mutual success.WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?Lead and execute sourcing projects (e.G., RfX, supplier assessments, internal/external analysis) aligned with category strategy.Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers throughout sourcing events to ensure optimal engagement and outcomes.Conduct contract administration and compliance activities for both local and global contracts.Negotiate contract terms up to final authorization and ensure seamless implementation.Drive the development of global strategies for small to medium-sized categories based on business needs and market trends.Organize and facilitate regular category council meetings, including upskilling sessions for sourcing managers.Maintain and update relevant category data within the Non-Trade Procurement Database and support initiatives for category improvements.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Proficient spoken and written command of English.Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, procurement, or a related field.8+ years in procurement, with at least 3 years in a strategic role, including category management and sourcing experience.Advanced skills in procurement tools and data analysis (experience with Ariba preferred).Proven success in delivering sustainable savings and optimizing procurement processes.Strong analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Familiarity with procurement practices within a shared service centre environment (preferential).What are we offering?Competitive salary, bonus, and benefits.Hybrid work policy with flexible hours.Sports and work-life balance incentives.Opportunities for upskilling and career growth, both locally and internationally.A diverse, international work environment in a state-of-the-art office space.All the recruitment process will be conducted in English, please apply with an English CV
