Today, in Portugal, we have more than 900 employees and 3 factories for the production of injectable medicines.
Hikma, intends to recruit an Sr.Engineer, Infrastructure (m/f) to integrate Infrastructure Department, on-site work.
Main Responsibilities:
Demonstrates ability to identify and implement new ideas that will improve efficiency of the systems and/or the processes
Coordinates new projects under infrastructures scope
Ability to coordinate multiple discipline task/ contractors and update project plan
Consult and align project specs with Hikma experiences and internal SOP
Health and safety of all workers / visitors on during the project's execution
Coordinates activities with other Hikma Departments
Writes reviews and revises department applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Reads and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service procedures
Liaises with external Maintenance contractors, ensuring conformance of activities to procedures and processes
Controls Infrastructure Maintenance KPI and other key metrics regarding utilities
Supports audit preparation at site
Complies with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
Profile:
Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years in maintenance, pharmaceutical or food industry environment
Demonstrated Industrial Maintenance skills, on mechanical and eletcrical systems
Demonstrated project management skills
Solid knowledge on Hydraulics, Pneumatics, HVAC, Water treatment, Electrical and Steam systems, acquired on-job and with certified training entities
Ability to coordinate multiple discipline task/ contractors and update project plan
Should have attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines
