You will work directly with hiring managers of Entrust and the HR Business Partner Group to develop and implement proactive and consultative recruiting strategies.You will:Full cycle recruiting of EMEA & Global Technical positions including posting positions, developing sourcing strategies, screening and interviewing candidates, formulating offer letters, and onboarding new hires.

)Your experience:5+ years of experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter.
(YOU will own your desk)Proficient in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
(tools of the trade)Clear understanding of end-to-end recruitment best practices.
(YOU will do it all)Use a creative approach to sourcing, attracting and engaging candidates (sometimes thinking way outside the box)Strong communication skills & proven ability to influence.
