What were looking for Over 6 years of software development experience , with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. Strong expertise in Java and frameworks like  JAX-RS for building RESTful web services, as well as  Spring and  Hibernate . Proficient in version control and build tools , including  Git ,  Maven , and  Jenkins . Familiarity with Agile methodologies , especially  SCRUM and  Kanban , to drive efficient project management.
