Experience with implementation of a financial system solutions is a plusAbility to coordinate projects/initiatives and understanding of project flowUnderstanding of processes in a global companyProactive and clear communication skillsStrong self-drive and can-do attitudeAbility to work with minimum guidance and to manage several workstreams at the same time with no quality downfallsPassion to create a change in organization and address seemingly unsolvable topicsSteering our Business – Complex Project ManagementBringing Real Insights – Digital & technology literacyDelivering Excellence – Process ExcellenceHOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?Manage scope of requirements: Provide thorough analysis of all potential aspects of automation of proposed project outcomes of Simplify Program, exploring potential impacts of implementation. Continually challenge, analyze and evaluate current processes in Global Controlling and develop plans/tools to increase the effectiveness and efficiency, define requirements, propose optimal solution mainly leveraging on implementation of new technologies.Prepare, jointly with project team, all project outcome documentation, provide support and lead/support implementation of the improvement actions. Identify project-related risks, proposes mitigating actions and/or alternative solutions. Ensures the timely closure of all issues and risks including the implementation of the proposed actions and solutions.Develop Solutions: Develop and deliver required automations in line with project outcome, either independently or by leveraging on relevant Service Excellence expertise within GBS. Contribute to business cases, ensuring solution is tested and matches the requirements.Design and execute various analysis/models which involve information needed to support management in decision making on critical points. Analyze post-implementation performance measures through analysis of project deliverables.Continuous Improvement: Engage self and others to capture/share lessons learned during the projects.Training and communication: Develop training material, procedures and work instructions in collaboration with other team members, mostly related to automation tools.
