We are looking for an SPMat Coordinator. Location:Sines, Portugal. Modality of work:on-site Responsibilities: SPMat Management and Updating: Maintain the SPMat site module updated according to project needs, including configuration, material receipt, delivery, and transfer.Report Issuance: Generate regular reports such as Material Receiving Reports (MRR), Material Issue Reports (MIR), Material Transfer Reports (MTR), and Physical Count Sheets (PICS).Inventory and Data Export: Monitor physical inventory count sheets and perform weekly exports of material status.Collaboration with Construction Management: Provide crucial information on material availability for work fronts, based on inventory and material arrival forecasts.Purchase Order Management: Import and manage Field Purchase Orders in SPMat, ensuring material traceability and compliance with specifications.
