We are proud to work with leading companies to address climate change.  We are looking for multicultural and diverse talents from the Oil&Gas, Industrial and Energy Transition sectors. ¡Join our team to ride together this challenge!    We are looking for an SPMat Coordinator.   Location:  Sines, Portugal.    Modality of work:  on-site    Responsibilities:     SPMat Management and Updating : Maintain the SPMat site module updated according to project needs, including configuration, material receipt, delivery, and transfer. Report Issuance : Generate regular reports such as Material Receiving Reports (MRR), Material Issue Reports (MIR), Material Transfer Reports (MTR), and Physical Count Sheets (PICS). Inventory and Data Export : Monitor physical inventory count sheets and perform weekly exports of material status. Collaboration with Construction Management : Provide crucial information on material availability for work fronts, based on inventory and material arrival forecasts. Purchase Order Management : Import and manage Field Purchase Orders in SPMat, ensuring material traceability and compliance with specifications. Requirements: Requirements:     Proven experience in warehouse management. Advanced knowledge and handling of SPMat/Marian. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages will be valued.
