Requirements:
Proven experience as a cook in a brunch or specialty café setting.
Strong understanding of breakfast and brunch preparation, including plating and presentation.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
