Specialist, Vulnerability Management
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Let's do this. Let's change the world. In this vital role you will own and define Amgen's vulnerability management tools and processes.

Help define, lead and execute Vulnerability Management (VM) and Attack Surface Management (ASM) strategy and processes.
Management of technologies and processes vulnerability management including issue identification and resolution, integration with other tools, documentation and continuous improvement of the service.
Identify new vulnerabilities and exploits and provide periodic vulnerability reports and summaries.
Propose and participate in the development of the roadmap and metrics for vulnerability management processes and tools.
Coordinate with internal and external partners to remediate or mitigate security vulnerabilities and assist technical teams.
Advise incident responders as they develop and coordinate response, containment and remediation capabilities as appropriate.
Support cyber threat intelligence, security operations and other security teams in day by day activities.
Maintain relationships with vendors and strategic partners.
Participate in audits covering information security services and technologies.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
Basic Qualifications

Master's degree and 3 years of relevant experience OR
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR
Associate's degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of relevant experience.

Minimum 3 years experience in vulnerability management or similar positions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Self-starter with a high degree of initiative.
Passionate, collaborative and results-oriented.
Effective working with global, virtual teams.
Successful management of multiple priorities.
Detailed knowledge of Windows and/or Linux systems and associated scripting languages.
Preferred certifications: CISM, GPEN, GCIH, GSEC, CCSP, OSCP.
