Role purpose: To guide on Source To Pay (S2P) processes and policies, including helpdesk and service support activities for internal customers and suppliers and continuous improvement within S2P operations.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Provide guidance and resolve internal customer queries on GBS NTP processes, policies, and procurementPerform helpdesk support for procurement via tickets, email, or phoneIdentify and implement procurement process improvements to boost compliance and efficiencyCollaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations for consistent procurement effortsPrepare reports for senior management and maintain documentation/SOPs for procurementWHAT WILL YOU NEED? University degree in Management, Accountancy, Economics or relatedUnderstanding of S2P processes and SAP AribaGreat communication skills combined with fluency in English spoken and written2-4 years of experience in a support position (ideally in a BPO concept)Good knowledge of Procurement Operations activities (preferential)WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
