Orchestrate clinical care for UpHill's clients' patients
Directly deliver and manage clinical care of Liber members through a digital first approach
Create, review and improve UpHill's clinical pathways
Ensure evidence support every decision
Participate in UpHill's clinical research initiatives
Requirements
MSc in Medicine
Specialist in General and Family Medicine (Medicina Geral e Familiar) registered in the Portuguese Medical Association (Ordem dos Médicos)
5 to 10 years of post specialization clinical experience
Obsession for evidence-based medicine

Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in English language, verbal and written, although proficiency in other languages is valued

Office presence

Availability to start no later than October 2024
