With development opportunities and a supportive global team, you'll thrive in this role as a Specialist in Freight Auditing.As a Specialist in Freight Auditing, you will be responsible to assess freight invoices and maintain the corresponding workflow in a global scope. You will also support in the forecast process and reporting of freight volumes and costs, and in the operational claims management.In your new role, you will:Confirm and audit the Inbound and outbound freight invoices, including controls and reportingCollaborate with logistics managers to solve discrepanciesMaintain and oversee defined controls for processes in placeMaintain the processes in terms of documentation, quality tools, and audit processContribute to process harmonization and automation in collaboration with Porto's teams and Central teamsSupport in the operational claims management processSupport in the Forecast process & reporting of freight volumes & costsYou have a self-driven working style and are willing to take responsibility, being able to work independently and to structure your own work. Your strong communication skills allow you to quickly establish successful cooperation within your team and with others. Furthermore, you have excellent analytical skills that support your attention to detail and focus on delivery.You are best equipped for this role if you have:A University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or similar field of studiesAt least 1 year of experience in Logistics, Finance, Accounting, or other relevant area preferably in a Shared Services CenterGood knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel – SAP is preferredAn analytical mindset and the ability to pay attention to detailsFluency in English – knowledge of German is an advantagePlease send us your CV in English.
