We're seeking a candidate to guide Source To Pay processes and policies, including standard helpdesk and service support activities for internal customers and suppliers and continuous improvement within Source To Pay operations.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Provide Guidance and Support: Assist internal customers with GBS.NTP processes and policies, resolving queries related to Source To Pay operations.
Training and Reporting: Deliver end-to-end training on purchasing systems (both in-person and virtual) and prepare comprehensive procurement-related reports.
System Facilitation and Optimization: Facilitate efficient use of the Source To Pay system (Ariba Guided Buying) and collaborate with teams to improve the user experience.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on purchase requests, conduct regular reviews for policy adherence, and strive for compliance with Source To Pay policies.
Issue Resolution and Workflow Management: Address and resolve issues, escalate tickets when needed, maintain workflows, and close tickets upon resolution.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Fluency in both German and English, with excellent spoken and written abilities. Strong understanding of Source To Pay processes and practices. Economics-related degree, with 2 to 4 years of procurement/helpdesk experience. Candidates must be currently located in Portugal and already be eligible to take on full-time employment.
