Specialist Gbs Inbound Logistics

The Inbound Planning Invoice Validation & Claims Management team, part of the Global Logistics Function, ensures invoice accuracy and compliance from vendors and suppliers. This role involves validating carrier costs, rates, and exception charges within SLA, resolving discrepancies with vendors or internal departments, and maintaining organized audit records. Additionally, the role manages claims related to damaged, stolen, or missing goods, ensuring proper documentation, processing within established guidelines, and compliance with legal and company policies. The position also involves preparing reports, tracking KPIs, and driving process improvements for efficient invoice validation and claims management. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Validate invoice details (costs, rates, exceptions) within standard internal SLAs. Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors or internal teams. Maintain organized records of invoices and claims for audits. Process claims for damaged, stolen, or missing goods per guidelines. Report on KPIs and suggest process improvements for efficiency. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
University degree or equivalent in logistics, economics or management 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics or accountancy Professional knowledge of Ocean, Air, and Land transport markets, or legal-finance and invoicing processes.
