KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform general and more complex administration of HR Services tools, programs, and processes on a global level Direct support to Team Lead in HR Compensation topics (HR requests, dispatching, auditing, improvements, problem solving).
Be a contact person and provide professional advice, expertise and service excellence for the HR community and relevant stakeholders regarding Benefits and more complex HR Compensation topics.
Provide consistent information to employees on HR Compensation topics and regarding Collective Remuneration Agreement and the Bargaining agreement for Germany, Ensure correct execution of laws and regulations regarding the CRA.
Perform the monthly calculation and maintenance of tenure brackets, regarding the rules presented in the Collective Remuneration Agreement Support calculation and ensure the correct execution of rules regarding the annual Payout for the Short-Term Incentive payout Responsible for Primary file creation regarding the Short-Term Incentive payout Handle the creation and distribution of bonus letters for Short-Term Incentive payout Be a contact person with Employees and Rewards for follow-up tasks after the Short-Term Incentive payout Handle calculation and ensure the correct execution of rules regarding the monthly Retail Bonus DACH Support and Perform consulting to Employees regarding the Long-Term Incentive and Stock Purchase Plan Information on vendors platforms Handle Long-Term Incentive and Stock Purchase Plan information on Vendor platform Be a contact person with our Long-Term Incentive and Stock Purchase Plan Vendor Timely execute HR Compensation related general and complex tasks according to defined processes, timetables, and service levels in compliance with applicable policies (local, regional, or global) and work agreements.
Preparation of data and system audits and execute accordingly Coordinate the implementation and monitoring of defined internal controls Contribute to continuous improvement of HR Compensation procedures, processes, and respective documentation incl.
mapped processes and knowledge base articles Ensure correct execution of laws and regulations with regards to specific employee master data and organizational data according to defined procedures Providing input for communication of standards, procedures and processes to employees and internal customers Participate regularly in workshops and meetings held by subject matter experts Prepare training material and carry out trainings on HR Compensation topics Act as a role model in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations as well as adidas' Fair Play Code of Conduct and other internal policies and company agreement KEY RELATIONSHIPS: HR Rewards HR Services teams HR Experts HR Partners GBS Finance and Controlling External authorities, consultants, and suppliers KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Previous working experience as a Compensation Specialist Knowledge of compensation management principles, rules and practices Knowledge of process and procedures regarding collective work agreements Technical knowledge of vendor platforms for stocks Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports Database management skills Knowledge of statistical sampling and survey methodology Good level of affinity to and experience with Business computing solutions, as SAP HR Very good analytical skills, detail-oriented and problem-solving work style Highly results driven and self-motivated team player mentality Good communication skills Strong customer focus and service minded International mind-set, experience as part of a geographically & culturally diverse team Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks in order of importance Curious and growth mindset; keen to learn and approach subjects outside of comfort zone REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or similar 2+ years relevant working experience in a multi-national environment, preferably within HR Rewards/Compensations Very good command of English Strong knowledge of MS-Office applications (Advanced Excel) Fully qualified/trained in job, deep knowledge in HR Shared Service set-up
