Detalhes IT Support and project management: To maintain IT mapping and cartography of systems; To ensure first level support for SAP/ERP application for SSC users; To increase IT efficiency (SAP/other accounting systems developments) or change request; To plan and animate meetings with partners about ongoing projects; Roles and Access rights administration, follow up of segregation of duties.
Internal controls: To perform Internal controls over Financial Reporting for GAOT users – identification, collection and analyse of processes, formalize documentation, and present the result to all related parties; To support and participate on SOX controls within GAOT and EE organization; To follow up action plans related to performed controls (mainly ICFR controls within HUB or cross HUB); To follow up action plans raised by external auditor; To plan and animate meetings with related parties about ongoing controls.
Requisitos Required education:- Secondary with school - leaving examination- University education (Bachelor's degree)- University education (Master's degree) Language skills- English - Upper intermediate (B2) Personality requirements and skills- General and integrated understanding of finance and / or accounting processes- Experience in SAP- Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders- Drives for results and deadlines, proactive attitude- Team player, organizational talent, self-responsibility- Ability to flexibly adapt to changing business requirements
