Your responsibilitiesTake responsibility for all goods movement processes in the warehouse area.Goods receipt / To Bin Transfer / put awayStock transfersPicking of spare parts orders and delivering them to the designated handover locationCheck accompanying documents (delivery note, purchase orders, packing slips) vs physical quantitiesEnsure correct accounting of all transactions / goods movements in the ERP system.Secure compliant material identification at any point in time (labeling, ID tag, packing slips)Processing of Kanban ordersTake control of consumablesMake action on discrepancies between physical stock / system stock in the ERP systemOperate stock taking (regularly & yearly) / inventory sampling procedureEnsure environmental control / storage conditions if applicable depending on partsOptimize warehouse storage locations and reallocate material if necessaryControl of expiration dates / shelf lifeObserve the FIFO principle in stock management / any goods movementPhysical execution of scrapping based on requestOperational handling of consumables (special requirement for workshops: glue mixing preparation)Picking of devicesEducation / QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentExperiencePrevious experience in a supply chain environmentSkillsResults-orientedProblem-solving orientedAbility to take decisionsMotivational ability/leadership qualitiesCommitmentGood communication skillsTeam-mindedGood English LevelCommitment to diversity and inclusionBenefitsAttractive salaryPermanent employment contractWork in a multicultural and diverse environmentReferral commissionMedical Health InsuranceInitial and continuous training24 vacation days offDay off on your birthdayAbout Olympus Medical SystemsThe Medical Systems Division represents Olympus' largest business domain and is the global market and technology leader for medical endoscopes.
