Your Responsibilities Take responsibility for all goods movement processes in the warehouse area. Goods receipt / To Bin Transfer / put away. Stock transfers. Picking of spare parts orders and delivering to designated handover location. Check accompanying documents (delivery note, purchase orders, packing slips) vs physical quantities. Ensure correct accounting of all transactions / goods movements in ERP system. Secure compliant material identification at any point in time (labelling, ID tag, packing slips). Processing of Kanban orders. Take control of consumables. Make action on discrepancies between physical stock / system stock in ERP system. Operate stock taking (regularly & yearly) / inventory sampling procedure. Ensure environmental control / storage conditions if applicable depending on parts. Optimize warehouse storage locations and reallocate material if necessary. Control of expiration dates / shelf life. Observe the FIFO principle in stock management / any goods movement. Physical execution of scrapping based on request. Operational handling of consumables (special requirement for workshops: glue mixing preparation). Picking of devices. Your Qualifications Education / Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.Experience: Previous experience in a supply chain environment.Your Competencies Results oriented.
