Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Specialist (Relocation Package)

We are seeking Spanish-speaking individuals living in Portugal to join our team in Lisbon as Customer Experience Specialists.
This entry-level role offers full training and plenty of opportunities to grow professionally.
If you live more than 100km from Lisbon , we'll support your move with a relocation package , including flight reimbursement and permanent housing.
What You'll Do Be the main point of contact for advertisers and agencies, delivering excellent customer support.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical platform issues.
Guide clients to optimize their advertising campaigns for better performance.
Work closely with internal teams to provide feedback and improve the user experience.
What's in It for You Salary : Up to 1366.17 euros per month, including base pay, bonuses, and food allowance.

Your Schedule Shifts : Rotational, Monday to Sunday.
Hours : 8-hour shifts with a 1-hour break, between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM.

What We're Looking For Fluent in Spanish with B2-level English .
Currently residing in Portugal with an EU passport or valid residence permit.
