Your Role

Understanding client policies and guidelines.

Requirements

EU passport.

Native or near-native Spanish language (C1-C2).

Very good command of English language (B2).

Good MS Office skills.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
