Responsibilities Agency Acquisition / Cold outbound / Sales Tenacity Strong conversion of prospects to clients Reliable onboarding Your Profile You love advertising and sales. You have 2-3 years experience in outbound sales and digital marketing with a proven record of driving revenue while managing a pipeline of both leads and opportunities, ideally with an international agency background. Strong negotiation skills: You have the ability to consultatively sell, present effectively, overcome objections, and close the deal. You know how to prepare for, deliver effective client meetings, and craft an impactful sales rationale using data and research. You know how a marketing/digital agency works, buys and sells. Flawless written and spoken communication skills in Spanish and English.
