YOUR MISSION

Support via email and chat
Resolution of login difficulties
Recovery and changes of emails and phone numbers, and other accounts
Information
Editing of hacked accounts and character recovery
Response to Reward Program questions
Answering questions about tokens and pre-paid game cards
Handling any inquiries related to payments
Processing of refunds
Professional administration of customer data

MUST HAVE

Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Spanish
Good computer skills
Gaming knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
High School Diploma
EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card
