Are you Spanish native or fluent with strong Portuguese communication skills? Looking to make your career in a multicultural environment in the sunny and happy city of Lisbon? So we have the perfect opportunity for you! Your future project: join our Spanish + Portuguese Customer Support team. Our client is a global leader in beauty and cosmetics, known for its innovative products and commitment to sustainability. As a customer service representative in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
Provide customer support (B2B), processing of inquiries regarding the product catalog (luxury products) within the specified, defined guidelines/goals.
Providing information on the delivery status of orders.
Entering and accepting orders (mail, Excel, SAP).
Processing complaints.
Maintaining the accuracy and security of customer information in the database.
Forwarding non-standardized problem cases to other functionaries.
Documenting any queries in the system.
Researching information and resolving issues using available resources.
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
Native or proficient level of Spanish (at least C1).
Native or proficient level of Portuguese (at least C1).
High level of verbal and written communication skills.
Motivated, empathetic and enthusiastic personality.
High level of counselling skills.
Strong team-orientation and high service orientation.
Very good skills and experience in the area of business customer service (desirable).
PC/Outlook/Internet skills.
SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Pro-activity, as well as the ability to organise and plan oneself.
Ability to prioritise and make decisions.
Stress resistance, flexibility and resilience.
Quick comprehension and the ability to implement newly learnt skills quickly.
Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal (OnSite work).
