Job Description Your contribution to something big:
App and related software customer support;
Provide solutions and step-by-step guides to help customers with the app usage;
Advise regarding software and app updates;
When necessary, inform the customer of the best way to get help regarding issues out of our range;
Inform second level support when there are recurrent issues they are not aware of;
Point of contact between the customer and the technical team;
Assist dealerships and customer support when the issue is the App;
First contact that the customer has;
Analyze requests and answer accordingly;
Qualifications What distinguishes you:
Experience in customer services, ideally have worked in a customer interaction center receiving requests by Phone (interest in modern widgets, e.g. App customer support, is a plus);
Spanish (C1 level) and fluency in English;
Good communication competencies, commitment and solutions oriented;
