Looking to make your career in a multicultural environment in sunny and happy city of Porto?So we have the perfect opportunity for you! Your future project: join our Spanish Customer Support team. As a customer service representative in this project, your daily responsibilities will include: Provide customer support (B2B), processing of inquiries regarding the product catalog (luxury products) within the specified, defined guidelines/goals Providing information on the delivery status of orders Entering and accepting orders (mail, Excel, SAP) Processing complaints Maintaining the accuracy and security of customer information in the database Forwarding non-standardized problem cases to other functionaries Documenting any queries in the system Researching information and resolving issues using available resources To succeed in the role, you will need to have: Native level of Spanish Advanced level of English (at least C1) High level of verbal and written communication skills Motivated, empathetic and enthusiastic personality High level of counselling skills Strong team-orientation and high service orientation Very good skills and experience in the area of business customer service (desirable) SAP knowledge is an advantage Pro-activity, as well as the ability to organise and plan oneself Ability to prioritise and make decisions Stress resistance, flexibility and resilience Quick comprehension and the ability to implement newly learnt skills quickly Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Porto, Portugal (OnSite work) Competitive wages Compelling Rewards Program (Our customer service agents regularly see commission payments of 250€ per month, but have already reached 3000€ in commission payments) Paid professional training Private healthcare & dental insurance (after six months of employment) Growth opportunities through various development programs Fun and engaging company-wide initiatives, including our EverBetter wellness program Job stability Life-long skills and experience Go further with Foundever We believe in memorable associate experiences.
