Spanish Content Moderator

The Role: Join our team and play a vital role in ensuring a high-quality content moderation service. As a Content Moderator, you will review and label user-generated content, guaranteeing compliance with platform regulations. Your contributions will help enhance the user experience on the Spanish market. Key Activities: Your daily tasks will include: Reviewing and labeling user-generated content, including text, images, video, and more, in adherence to established processes and policies. Evaluating videos for compliance and appropriateness. Screening and moderating content for online platforms. What do you need to have: At least C1 of Spanish ; Deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms; Experience in customer/technical support (preferable but not necessary as you will receive training); EU passport, residence card from Portugal or Ukrainian refugee certificate.
