TASKS Reporting to the Legal Director Europe and to the General Manager for Iberia (members of the Executive Committee of the European BU) with reporting duties to a senior lawyer from the Paris team, you will support commercial activity in the Iberian region. Your activities will focus on the following areas: Implementation of GY's contractual policy on commercial agreements with suppliers and customers (purchase agreements, EPC, PPAs, Energy efficiency contract (drafting, review and monitoring of contracts), Support and advice to the various operational staff in the Iberian region (sales, technical, finance, etc.), Contribution on the drafting of contract templates, Assistance in management of pre-litigation and litigation, Drafting of internal notes, summary tables for internal presentations and development of training and internal organization tools, Participation in legal monitoring in business law and, where applicable, energy law for Iberia region. Minimum Requirements: Postgraduate degree in business law, 3 years' experience in a company or law firm in commercial law, Expertise in contract drafting and negotiation, Analysis skills and ability to summarize, Team spirit and autonomy, Responsiveness, strong organizational skills, Open-mindedness, adaptability.
