Global Sovereign Cloud Delivery & Operations is collaborating closely with all Board areas to establish a harmonized, scalable, and consistent offering with transparent and standardized deliverables.YOUR FUTURE ROLEWe are looking for a Senior Quality Specialist (f/m/d) in the area of the Technology & Engineering unit of the newly formed Sovereign Cloud Delivery & Operations team in the Customer Serivces & Delivery board area.In this role, you will join the central Sovereign Cloud Quality team: We test and operate the interal SAP Sovereign Cloud environments used as reference by the regional Operations teams. You will help deliver SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) applications to SAP Sovereign Cloud customers aiming at functional completeness, streamlined deployments, and smooth operation. You will be working closely with technical product managers, engineers, our security team, as well as SAP product team members and Operations teams. You will have the opportunity to solve the intricate Sovereign Cloud challenges of scale and security, while using your skills in SuccessFactors environment setup, functional expertise, and testing background (manual/automated).You will participate in the overall release lifecycle which includes scheduling, coordinating, and executing test cases for releases as well as patches in each Cloud landscape. Deployment tests can be inclusive of application updates, DB revision changes, operating system upgrades, security improvements, hardware upgrades or migrations. You will help identify defects, track defect remediation, and include software or solution updates required to resolve issues in future deployments.WHAT YOU BRINGBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a similar fieldProfessional experience in Cloud Delivery related fields and technologiesVery good product knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) and the related product areas like Analytics, Employee Central, Learning, Onboarding, Opportunity Marketplace Payroll, Recruiting, Rewarding, Talent, Time, Whole Self ModelExperience with SuccessFactors (HCM) system environment setup incl. dependency management and user administrationFamiliarity with the HCM Mobile app as well as SuccessFactors microservices e. g. Card Services or Clock-In / Clock-OutSAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) experience is a big plusStrong background in executing test cases – manual as well as automated, incl. MobileProven track record in developing test scripts for infrastructure technologyExperience in detecting, logging, and reporting bugs & configuration changesMidset to track and troubleshoot defects from a functional & technical perspectiveFamiliarity with creating/reviewing test procedures and conceptsPrior team or work stream lead experience is a plus to streamline QA effortSolid knowledge of Cloud infrastructure and design incl. hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP)Understanding of Infrastructure as Code: CI/CD pipelines (e. g.
