Ensure brand consistency. Feedback to the global trade marketing with local trends, market dynamics, product requirements and effective use of Monin tools. Regional marketing EMEA Trade Plan presentation to importers. Support to build the local market plan and brand strategy, following the MONIN Trade Marketing plan with the importer. Follow up on the plan with KPIs. Follow up on the budget. Global trade activation tools implementation + Local push & pull program creation
