Are you a procurement professional, influencing partners and a capable leader?Your main tasks will be: Support development and implementation of regional category specific strategies. Identify and recommend 'best in class' suppliers and maintain good relationships. Prepare and lead strategic supplier negotiations with regional, sub-regional (Iberia), and local (Portugal) suppliers. Contribute to global category sourcing strategies and initiatives. Provide professional sourcing support for key business initiatives, supply market research to support business decisions in investments and budgets, and establishment of regional frame contracts. Specialize in strategic sourcing of goods and services and transportation capacities to reduce costs and ensure quality and supply as needed by the business. Identify strategic sourcing opportunities and develop and manage strategic suppliers. Integrate procurement services at the regional level for the business colleagues (divisions). Achieve greatest value contribution, benefit realization, and efficiency from all procurement activities while ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting their demands in terms of quality, price, and service. Close collaboration with the purchasing department to optimize purchases. Your profile should look like: Relevant university degree (Bachelor) and/or equivalent experience. More than 3 years of relevant procurement experience (indirect preferably). Project management and supplier management experience preferred. Fluent English (conversational Spanish is nice to have). Good negotiation skills, ability to manage suppliers and key stakeholders. Knowledge of contract management and risk management.
