As a Sommelier, you will be responsible for creating and managing the wine list, providing recommendations to patrons, and ensuring that the wine service complements the overall dining experience. Additionally, you'll oversee inventory management, participate in staff training, and collaborate with the kitchen team to develop wine and food pairing menus. A minimum of a Licenciatura degree and fluency in Portuguese are required for this role. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience as a Sommelier in a fine dining establishment.
