Sobre o nosso clienteOur client is a global company and market leader;Our client is a reference company in the beverage industry sector.DescriçãoIdentify business needs in collaboration with Sales and our Own Direct Wholesaler business areas, translating them into functional designs and new or revised functionalities for stakeholders. Ensure the ERP continuously adapts to evolving requirements from both the business function and global directives;Actively contribute and participate in operational activities to implement changes that meet business objectives and provide valuable insights over the entire sales and distribution flow, from purchasing products from vendors to the sale and distribution to the customer, including efficient management of warehouse stock;Maintain and build relationships with internal customers and relevant external parties;Proactively assess and propose innovative technological solutions to support business processes across Sales & Logistics areas, enabling process efficiency and optimization;Ensure the continuity and reliability of the Sales & CRM Wholesale ERP service, managing and collaborating with our vendor partner;Convert D&T priorities and the projects/solutions portfolio into actionable items, determining designs based on requirements (functional, technical, budgetary, timing, etc.), in full alignment with all stakeholders;Assist in developing and enhancing the fit-for-purpose Domain and Architecture;Oversee and analyze the functional and technical aspects of company CRM, ensuring they align with agreed performance indicators and defined methodologies;Customize, prepare, and test applications for end-to-end usage, ensuring availability for the business;Ensure and maintain system and user documentation.Perfil idealDegree in Technology or relevant field (Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, or equivalent) required (master's degree preferred);At least 3 years of experience with MS Dynamics - CRM 365 preferably in large and complex organizations, IT industry, or multinational environments;Previous experience working on projects, IT solutions, and/or architectural principles;Ability to empathize with business needs and translate them into technology solutions;Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment;Good understanding of business processes and the ability to act as an independent and challenging business partner;English (minimum B2) and Portuguese (fluent);Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, empathy, adaptability, and team spirit;Resilience, ability to relate and influence, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and project management skills.VantagensGreat opportunity to join an international company;Great opportunity to join a dynamic team.
