A group of people who live for the business and technology breakthroughs, creating fast, cohesive management and decision tools.We are looking for a SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT to join our  CORPORATE team at BIT.Reporting to the Area Manager, the Solutions Architect's mission is to work very closely with the leading architects, product, and engineering teams ensuring continuous security strengthening of the architecture focusing on applications, enabling retail transformation.- Design high-level solutions in a clear and efficient way for relevant initiatives, supporting all others when needed, with focus on CFO & People solutions;- Define and manage solutions evolution/roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy incorporating technology trends and innovations;- Involved in the early stages of feasibility, converging sooner to MVP (minimum viable product) with a preliminary project cost estimation;- Foster and implement architecture and technology guidelines, standards and best practices;- Ensure that technical designs comply with applicable architecture standards and designs are functionally and technically feasible;- Validates technology ability to meet business, performance, integration, and scalability requirements for each project (Solution Maturity Index);- Partner with business partners, program managers and development teams on oversight for all requirements to formulate appropriate architecture required to provide system functionality, deciding when to advocate and when to compromise to arrive at mutually acceptable solutions;- Negotiate contracts with partners to accomplish better TCO (Total Cost Ownership);- Understands the long-term business objectives and proposes technology strategies to meet those objectives;- Play a leading role in the investigation of new technologies and architectural initiatives to meet medium to long term business needs.- Graduation in IT area or similar;- More than 3 years of experience on IT architecture definition;- A backlog of work on projects using a wide range of tech / tools;- Agile practices knowledge and experience (e.g., scrum);- Understanding of and familiarity with realities of distributed environments.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms;Ability to work at tactical and strategic level simultaneously.WHAT MAKES US THE BEST CHOICE…We are firmly convinced that technology can re-shape the retail business, bringing more convenience and exceeding customer's expectations.
