How You Will Contribute And What You Will LearnIn this role, you will:
Play a key role in the development and support of a strategic people platform for a global company.Be part of a close-knit team that values collaboration and believes in the power of collective expertise.Focus on managing role creations and authorizations within Oracle HCM, ensuring secure and compliant access to the platform.Depending on your skills, potentially contribute to our onboarding process implementation and development.Key Skills And ExperienceWe are looking for someone with:
2-5 years of experience in supporting and configuring SaaS-based HR solutions, ideally Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM.
Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus.Proven expertise in role setup and assignment within Oracle HCM.Experience with HCM Advanced Controls is a plus, or a willingness to obtain accreditation in this module.Experience in the configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud journeys/ onboarding module is a plus, as well as experience with Oracle visual builder studio (VBS).A strong technical mindset with skills in situational analysis, research, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.A background in HR processes and industry best practices.Experience with OTBI reports is a plus.Familiarity with SOX compliance audit procedures.A dedication to continuous learning and professional development.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite.Flexibility to work in a global environment, excellent English communication skills, and strong teamwork abilities.This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on a global scale.
