Key Responsibilities: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the delivery team.Provide guidance on how to frame solutions within the enterprise architecture model.Define the technological stack and collaboration framework in partnership with the Technical Lead/Principal Engineer.Architecture Management: Analyze business and technical specificities and requirements.Visualize cross-cutting implications of decisions at all technical levels.Promote and implement technology guidelines, standards, and best practices.Quality and Release Management: Know and ensure implementation of quality standards.Manage solution releases, aligned with Change Management processes.Stakeholder Interaction: Interact with different project stakeholders in requirements supervision.Innovation and Trends: Conduct external benchmarking and track technological and business trends.Explore technical concepts, prototyping, and evaluation of new technologies.Technical Support and Knowledge Sharing: Develop and technically support different teams.Act as a natural problem-solving unlocker.Allocate time for knowledge sharing and dissemination of best practices.Required Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work in teams and lead technically.Knowledge of programming languages and databases.Experience in cloud computing and IT infrastructure.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or similar field.Over 5 years of experience in enterprise software development.More than 2 years of experience in enterprise software architecture.Technical Skills: Programming experience in Python and/or Go.Experience with REST APIs.Experience in asynchronous messaging.Knowledge of databases, both relational and NoSQL.Docker experience (from a developer's perspective).Git experience.Understanding of microservices design patterns.Knowledge of CI/CD practices.Familiarity with AWS and/or Azure services.Soft Skills and Attributes: Proactivity in proposing and designing solutions to solve problems.Initiative in suggesting improvements to platforms and/or tools to enhance daily work.Ability to adapt communication style to various stakeholders (business, engineering, etc.
