Team presentation and main goal: Within the Risk Division of Natixis, the Data Domain Office Team is part of the Credit Risk department. The Data Domain Office Team ensures the administration of the Credit Risk data and metrics. The role of this team is critical in the reconciliation and proper feed of all credit decisions.
Job Opportunity
We are recruiting a junior Jurist to strengthen our Legal Department.
Main Responsibilities and Functions:
Ensure the analysis and negotiation of cross-border financial documentation (ISDA, ICMA, LMA; Syndicated Loans, Bonds, etc.);
Prepare legal opinions and clarify doubts, at the request of the Group's various organic units, in collaboration with other departments.
