Stafiz is a start-up that has created and markets software for service companies (consulting firms, audits, etc.). Sold online, the solution allows consultants to manage their time, the assignments they have sold to their clients, their invoices, their expense reports, etc. Our vision: to create the next automated software that will destroy all unnecessary working time!
Due to the strong growth (oh yeah), we are looking for a Software Testing Officer who will be in charge of being the link between the Stafiz development team and customer support. The tester will also be responsible for being proactive and suggesting areas for improving the process. Tasks : Writing test scenarios to verify new IT developments. Carrying out tests according to the defined scenarios. Improvement of the test process, implementation of good ideas. Work with the technical team to provide feedback on the tests (and explain what is wrong), work with the product team to fully understand the usefulness of the developments. Support to the technical team to set up automatic tests. Feature documentation in Notion (our internal Wikipedia). Other tasks as needed: We are a start-up, and the tasks to be carried out are vast and varied! Main requirements Be rigorous and organized. English bilingual. Be autonomous and responsible for your action: you are given a task, you choose your strategy, you judge on the result. Appreciate teamwork. Coding skills is a plus.
