What role will you play?Electromobility is one of the growth markets with significant influence on the mobility but also the energy market. As a major player in the energy market, Siemens intends to take a leading position in this growth market. The challenge is to lead, motivate, and mentor a R&D Software team to achieve individual and collective goals. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide feedback, set expectations, and discuss career growth. Identify and address training and development needs to enhance team skillsets.
