ROLE PURPOSE
To monitor and improve the field quality of Glory Global products, to enhance customer satisfaction.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Usage of techniques and methods for the formal definition of a test plan.

Report of progress and defect tracking.

Execution of formal tests and report results.

Evaluation for software design changes of products for any potential impact to the field and do adequacy assessment.

Travel to other sites (Countries) as required.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Ability to analyse and find root causes of failures detected in the tests (QA management system).

Proficient at basic Quality Tools such as DFMEA, problem solving, Fish Bone, DOE, 8D etc.

Excel, VBA macro skills to do work efficiently and .NET, Python languages experience preferred.

Familiar with software testing methodologies.

Experience in software automated testing is preferred.

Experience in Design Assurance/System Testing/Quality Assurance.

Experience in Agile and Scrum concepts.

Experience in JBoss Application Platform and IBM WebSphere Application Server are preferred.

High IT skills and knowledge of PC networks, Internet, Linux, Windows, and databases (MSSQL, Oracle preferred).

Experience in Cyber Security, Penetration test and Cloud Security are preferred.

Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills in English.

Good presentation skills.

Able to work with tight deadlines.
