Engine B is now looking for a Software Manager to join their team. Key responsibilities: End-to-end delivery-focused software manager. Lead and mentor software development teams. Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring quality and timely delivery via Jira project management software. Collaborate with product teams to define and prioritize projects. Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and software architecture. Main requirements At least 6 years of experience Proven experience in software development and team management. Demonstrable experience in end-to-end software delivery - technical focus and examples available. Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and highly skilled in Jira. Experience with code versioning and continuous integration tools.
