Software Engineering Team Lead

Our client is a multinacional company that is looking for a Software Engineering Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading and guiding a team of software engineers in the development and delivery of high-quality software products. And be responsible for overseeing project execution, mentoring team members, and ensuring that engineering best practices are followed.
Requirements Strong technical expertise in .NET , Microservices, RabbitMQ, MS SQL Server, OpenShift.and Sync and Async communication.Leadership and project management experience, with the ability to guide and motivate a team.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Familiarity with software development best practices, including Agile methodologies.Knowledge of software design patterns, architecture, and system scalability.Experience with version control systems and project management tools.Responsabilities Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Manage project timelines, priorities, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of software solutions.Provide technical guidance, expertise, and code reviews to ensure software quality and adherence to best practices.Contribute to the architectural decisions and design of software systems, considering scalability, performance, and maintainability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA, to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.Ensure code quality, maintainability, and documentation by setting and enforcing coding standards.
