What You Will Be Doing:
Understand customer needs to suggest optimal solutions, resolve complex technical challenges, and provide accurate effort estimations.
Integrate generative AI technologies into our software development processes, enhancing efficiency and innovation.
Architect and develop features that prioritize efficiency, effectiveness, and maintainability, ensuring IgniteTech continues to lead in enterprise software innovation.
What You Won't Be Doing:
Being tied down by people management or endless roadmap meetings; jump directly into hands-on work.
Getting stuck with a single technology; embrace the change with a variety of cutting-edge tools and practices.
HR tasks and recruitment; concentrate on what you excel at—coding and innovating.
Basic Requirements:
At least 3 years of professional experience coding in C# in a software development role.
Experience with GenAI technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, Bard, Claude, etc.).
Proven ability to troubleshoot technical problems with customers in English.

Working with Crossover:
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
